For new installations of Resource Hero, please refer to the Getting Started With the Basics section on the main Support page.
If you’re upgrading from a previous version, ensure your users have access to new functionality. Users assigned the Resource Hero – Standard User v2 permission set should already have the necessary permissions.
To grant access to the RH Status component, assign the Resource Hero – RH Status Component permission set.
For access to the RH Projects tab, update relevant profiles by setting Tab Settings to Default On, enable Object Permissions, and grant read/edit Field Permissions.
