If you are installing Resource Hero for the first time, view the Getting Started With the Basics section at the top of the main support page. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Resource Hero, here are a few things that you need to know:
Skills
- Assign Permissions (if needed) – Access to Skills, Skill Assignments, and Assignment Requirement objects can be granted to users with the Resource Hero – Skills permission set. If you chose the Install for All Users option during installation, assigning a separate permission set is not required.
- Add the Skill Assignments related list to the Resource page – The Skill Assignments related list should be added to your Resource page layouts. Also, if you manage related lists individually on your Resource object Lightning Pages, you should edit those pages and add the Skill Assignments related list there as well.
