When trying to determine who needs a Resource Hero license, identify users who will be accessing the Resource Hero interface, accessing Resource Hero data, or running reports based on Resource Hero data. These users will require a license. Other users, however, who will not be accessing this functionality, will not require a license.
For example, if you have a Salesforce user base of 50 users and only 10 of those users will need access to Resource Hero, then you only need to purchase 10 Resource Hero licenses.
